There are actually several like myhammer.de or blauarbeit.de (with lots of other verticals) and yes they do got local merchants but they have a problem getting enough users in. Let's see how they fare, but it is so amazingly similar that I have my doubts. Sorry guys. Local is hard.  sadly this already exists for ages in germany.
