Zoho’s office applications are a cut above because they’re integrated and allow a variety of ways for teams to collaborate online, says the company’s self-styled evangelist, Raju Vagesna, in Part Two of a video focusing on the software developer.
Vagesna describes the attributes of Zoho’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application, which is one of 19 productivity, collaboration and business applications offered by Zoho.
Zoho integration spans much of the online business universe, offering support for several Microsoft products including a plug-in for MS Office on one hand and blending in Gmail on the other.
In Part One of this interview, “Zoho to Office 2010: Competition welcome,” Sridhar Vembu, Zoho’s CEO, discusses his 13-year-old company’s expanding role in cloud-based office applications where he says a contest of features — rather than monopolies — will rule even when Microsoft Office 2010 joins the competition in a few months by offering some online office applications. .
