Hapa Sushi Grill & Sake Bar, in Boulder Colo., has some of the best sushi in town.
When we got there, though, we noticed little displays about its Twitter account on every table.
So we wanted to meet Mark Van Grack, the owner, and his social media guy, Dave Rogers of LocalBunny.com, to see what they were doing with Twitter, and what effect it’s had on the restaurant’s business.
