		<description>Great post. And, yes.. now I have a question; How does a brand engage without being tagged as a &quot;Shameless Self-Promoter?&quot; &#160;I&#039;m a one man show. My brand engages as medXcentral on Twitter (in particular.) I share other people&#039;s and publishers content at a much higher ratio than anything I produce. I rarely let any &quot;@&quot; reply or DM go unanswered. And yet, because my avatar and my username reflect my brand, I&#039;m being tagged as previously stated. I don&#039;t even sell anything.&#160;

It&#039;s driving me nuts. Got any magical words of wisdom?&#160; </description>
